How the contract for the goods is formed between you and us
When you place an order to purchase a product from the Website, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product, which is accepted by us when we send an email to you confirming that we have accepted the order. Such acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Order Confirmation Email to you.
This contract is legally binding when you have placed an order, your order has been accepted by us and we have sent you the Confirmation Email.
HuracánGK will retain the title in the products until full payment has been made by you and has been received by HuracánGK.
All orders placed through the Website are subject to GK Glove Co. acceptance. This means that GK Glove Co. may refuse to accept or may cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, and without liability to you or anyone else. If your credit card has already been charged for an order that is later cancelled, GK Glove Co. will issue you a refund.
Once the package reaches its destination country any customs or import duties levied by the government of the destination country must be borne by the recipient.
To help us prevent fraud, orders of $150 USD or more may require a local phone number. Card fraud is illegal and perpetrators will be prosecuted.

Prices for goods on the Website appear on the product pages and include all U.S. taxes.
Prices and offers may vary and may only be available for limited periods. All prices and offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at our discretion. The prices on the Website may differ to prices in other stores, catalogs or elsewhere.
The Website contains a number of goods and it is possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the goods listed on the Website may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible. We will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
We are under no obligation to sell incorrectly priced goods to you at the incorrect price, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as an error.
Some offers carry a maximum quantity per customer, if applicable, this is detailed on the individual offer.
Delivery costs are additional to the displayed price and vary depending on the delivery service you select, the country of delivery and the quantity/weight of goods ordered.
Please note we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
All orders are posted out 1st Class with proof of postage, unless requested different.
When we say ‘next day’ this is an estimate of the arrival date for when your parcel will arrive.
Returns & Exchanges
If an exchange or refund is required then the items should be returned to us in their original condition and packaging within 28 days of your purchase.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging. All goods will be inspected on return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.
If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.
Any orders for personalized goods are non-returnable. Some goods are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.
We will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them. All refunds will be for merchandise only, we cannot refund shipping costs unless the item was sent in error. We do not offer a free returns service, however if you return items for replacement, we dispatch the replacement goods to you free of charge.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to be damaged or tampered with. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Data protection and privacy
GK Glove Co. will endeavor to ensure that this website is fully operational at all times. However, we cannot guarantee that the website will be fault free. In particular, access to this website may be interrupted or restricted to allow for emergency or routine repairs or maintenance to be carried out or the introduction of new facilities or services.
Further, by using this website and any sub-site, you acknowledge and agree that the Internet uses elements and relies upon services, input and facilities which are not within the control of GK Glove Co. and if GK Glove Co. is totally or partially prevented or delayed in the performance of any of its obligations in providing a particular service, such a situation will constitute a ‘force majeure‘ and GK Glove Co. shall be excused the performance for so long as such a situation endures.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the term ‘force majeure‘ shall be deemed to include any cause affecting the performance by GK Glove Co. of its obligations arising from or attributable to acts, events, omissions or accidents beyond the reasonable control of GK Glove Co.
and in particular, but not by way of limitation, shall include strikes, lock-outs, other industrial action, actual or threatened terrorist action, civil commotion, riot, crowd disorder, invasion, war, threat or preparation for war, fire, technical or power failure, software, hardware or telecommunication or other network failures, interruptions, disruptions or malfunctions, explosions, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, structural damage, epidemic or other natural or physical disaster, any legislation, regulation, rule or ruling of government, court or any competent authority.
GK Glove Co. reserves its right to restrict, suspend or terminate your use of this website or any of our services at any time if we believe, in our absolute discretion, that you have breached these Terms and Conditions.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold GK Glove Co., all of their associate companies, their directors, employees, information providers, licensors and licensees, officers and partners, (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) harmless from and against any and all liability and costs (including, without limitation, legal fees and costs), incurred by the Indemnified Parties in connection with any claim arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions. You will co-operate as fully as reasonably required by GK Glove Co. as the case may be, in defense of any claim. GK Glove Co. reserves the right, at their own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter and you shall not in any event settle any matter without the written consent of GK Glove Co.K.
